It is preferred that you are at least 18 years old.

Some minors 16 and up are allowed through Director approval, but must observe the minor’s policy, including having an attending adult.

You must agree to volunteer a minimum of 3 hours for the convention.

You must abide by all Fishbowl Fest and Federal Way Community Center policies.

You must be responsible and show up for all required meetings and shifts as scheduled by your coordinator, manager or director.

Failure to complete your shift and duties or abuse of staff privileges may result in revocation of your badge.

NOTE that for most staffing positions you are required to be on site during the convention.

Volunteers and Staff receive a special identification badge (which allows entry into the convention) and possible souvenirs and benefits.

As a volunteer, you'll be supporting the Fishbowl Fest Leads in each department to ensure we have a welcoming and seamless event while helping shape what it could be.
